The Attorney General Participates in the Judges’ Conference

The Attorney General attended the final session of the Judges’ Conference today to hold consultative discussions with the Judges.

The objective of the session was to create an open forum for Judges to hold discussions with the Attorney General on matters which require his assistance and collaboration during the trial process.

Following discussions with the Attorney General, today’s session drew to a close. In the ongoing conference, consultative discussions with the Prosecutor General will be held tomorrow as well as a session with the Commissioner of Police to discuss mutual cooperation between the Maldives Police Service and the Judiciary during the process of investigations and trials.
